Collected revenue
PAID invoices, filed in the month of payment. Not what you invoiced — what landed in the account.
Outgoings
Three terms that never overlap: job purchases, recurring monthly overheads, and one-off expenses (booked supplier invoices).
Net result
Income minus outgoings. If “count my pay” is on, your labour is deducted too.
