Where it lives
In the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. Never resold, never handed to a third party for commercial purposes.
Who can read it
You. Access is partitioned per account at the database level: one tradesperson cannot read another's data, even if the app has a bug.
What stays on your phone
Everything, at all times. The app works offline because it keeps a local copy — sync is only a mirror.
The assistant
Questions asked of Nexa go to the model to produce the answer. They are not used for its training.
Your rights
Export a full archive and delete your account, at any time, from Profile → Privacy. Without going through us.
