Is Nexap really free?
Yes, entirely: no document or client limits, and no in-app purchase. A paid plan will come later, announced in the app with its price, before anything changes.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. The app is embedded on the phone, not loaded from a website. What you enter in a cellar or basement is stored locally and syncs when you're back online.
Are my quotes compliant?
Mandatory wording is applied from your profile and VAT regime. The Diagnostic screen flags what's still missing — an absent company number, two documents sharing a number.
What about e-invoicing?
Nexap prepares for it: issuing, receiving supplier invoices and e-reporting. Network connection opens progressively, account by account.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, encrypted, never resold. You can export a full archive or delete your account at any time.
