Nothing. Every feature is open, with no document or client limit, and the app offers no in-app purchase. A paid plan will come later: it will be announced in the app, with its price, before it takes effect.

Not yet. The app is available on iPhone. An Android version is planned, with no announced date — we'd rather not promise a schedule we can't keep.

You can rebuild your service catalogue in a few minutes, and the trade-specific starter library does half the work. There is no automatic import from another tool: the formats aren't standardised, and a rough import creates more work than it saves.

Yes. You can add team members and subcontractors, and assign people to a job. The account remains the company's.

Yes. The app is installed on the phone, it doesn't load a web page. What you enter in a cellar or basement is stored locally and syncs on its own when the connection returns.

They receive an e-mail in your colours with a link. They open the quote in their browser, read it and sign. Nothing to install on their side, and you're notified instantly.

Yes, on quote signature: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50% or a custom amount. The deposit invoice is then generated, and its amount is automatically deducted from the balance.

With progress billing: you invoice a percentage of completion, cumulative from one statement to the next. The final invoice covers the balance, statements and deposits deducted.

With a credit note, full or partial. You choose whether to refund by transfer or deduct from the next payment. A fully credited invoice drops to zero in your figures without being deleted.

A document in YOUR colours: your logo, your brand colour, your terms attached as pages. The eye button, top right of the editor, shows the exact PDF before sending.

Net quote revenue, minus what you PAY: materials, rental, subcontracting, your hours times your rate, and your travel per km. What's left is your margin. VAT never enters this calculation.

An amount that covers your wage, contributions, vehicle, insurance, tools and non-billable hours — quoting, travel, admin. It isn't your hourly wage: someone charging €45/h doesn't earn €45/h.

No, and it's the point we watched most closely. If you note a material on a job and then link the supplier invoice, the line hides behind the invoice — the invoice is authoritative. A purchase order never enters your outgoings: it's a commitment, not an expense.

No. Nexap prepares the message at the right time and offers it; you send it. A follow-up sent without you reading it can cost a client.

Yes. You export your documents and entries from the app, and you can set your accountant's e-mail to send them directly.

On your own data: your quotes, invoices, clients and jobs. Not on industry averages. When you ask “which invoices are unpaid?”, it reads your invoices.

Never. Any committing action — creating a document, sending a message — goes through a confirmation card you must tap. Nexa prepares, you decide.

No. Exchanges with Nexa go to the model to produce the answer and are not used for its training.

Yes: a photo or a PDF. A supplier's offer, a received invoice, a set of measurements. Nexa reads it and offers what it extracts.

It works fine in ordinary site noise. Under an angle grinder, no — like any dictation. You can always type instead.

Mandatory wording is applied automatically from your company profile and VAT regime. Profile → Diagnostic flags what's still missing: an absent company number, two documents sharing a number, an unset regime.

Yes, and unbroken. The number is assigned at issuance and never recalculated. Diagnostic flags any duplicate — it's the first thing an audit looks at.

It prepares for it: electronic issuance, receipt of your suppliers' invoices, e-reporting of consumer sales. Network connection opens progressively, account by account — the app tells you where yours stands.

You set the rate per line or per document: 5.5, 10 or 20%. Under the small-business exemption, the wording is applied automatically. Keep the client's certificate for any reduced rate — without it, you owe the difference in an audit.

Yes. It's performed by a specialised provider, with the signatory's identity verified by e-mail and an audit trail kept with the signed document.

In the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. It is never resold or handed to a third party for commercial purposes.

Yes, at any time: Profile → Privacy → Export my data. You get a full archive in a portable format, without going through us.

From the app: Profile → Privacy → Delete my account. Deletion permanently erases your data and your login identifier.

Yes. Your data syncs across your devices as soon as you sign in to the same account.

They're saved on the device immediately, then uploaded to your workspace. The Diagnostic screen tells you if any haven't left the phone yet.
