How it works

Send your quote or invoiceThe clock starts from the send date, not the document date.
Let the delay pass7, 10 or 14 days without a reply — you set it. After that, the document resurfaces in “To do”.
Review the messageGentle reminder then firm follow-up, with {client}, {number}, {amount} and {link} already filled in.
SendNothing goes out without your gesture. A follow-up sent unread can cost a client.

Questions about follow-ups

Do follow-ups send themselves?

No. Nexap prepares the message at the right time and offers it; you send it. A follow-up sent without you reading it can cost a client.

Is the numbering continuous?

Yes, and unbroken. The number is assigned at issuance and never recalculated. Diagnostic flags any duplicate — it's the first thing an audit looks at.
